It seems like the registered sex offenders of the state of New York will be all on their lonesome when it comes to online gaming. "Over 3500 accounts have been removed from various gaming services run by Microsoft, Apple, Blizzard, Electronic Arts, Disney, Warner Bros. and Sony" for the movement of "Operation Game Over." Each of the companies have given their consent for the removal of the sex offenders.
The process for the removal is quite simple since registered sex offenders are required by law to provide the state with their email address, screen names and the other types of social outlets and from there it's just a game of match up to get the accounts removed. Attorney General Eric Schneiderman os heading the operation and it seems he has the support from the many companies for his move.
